sisters and little bro

I was doing something in the kitchen and went to check on the kids and found them "playing house" together. Molly was the daddy, Annie the mama and Owen was playing himself. I love them so much!

Fun Afternoon at the Park

The kids and I went to the park this afternoon. It was so nice and sunny! Josh was at work all day but we did get to meet him for dinner at Five Guys. That was a treat!

Update on Us

I just thought I would give you a little update on us.

Josh: is in full swing of busy season at PwC. It will go through the beginning of April. If you think about it I know he would be grateful for prayers as he is now leading his teams. We enjoy seeing him when we can. Sunday is mainly our family day.

Owen: he continues to be such a sweet blessing to our family. He loves balls! Any kind of ball he LOVES it! He is getting physical therapy every Wed. morning for his walking. We are hoping by this summer to have a running little boy! He seems to be so laid back that he doesn't really care about walking.... =) He loves his "sissies". Whenever they aren't around he doesn't know what to do with himself. He is a daddy's boy! Daddy's little shadow.

Annie: She is so sweet with a little spice. =) She is all about drama! She is a mama's girl. She loves to play dress up. And is loving Tumblebees. There are 2 Anna's in her class and a Anna Clarie so she thinks it is great that they all almost have the same name. She is getting excited about going to Pre-school in the fall.

Molly: Sweet Mol. She is loving school, friends, horses, tumblebees, the list could go on. There isn't much this girl won't do or try. We continue to be so proud of her and the little lady she is growing into. If you ask her who's girl she is, she says both mama and daddy's. Anne, Owen and I eat lunch with her on Thursdays at school. This past Thursday after lunch we got to go watch her in her violin class. She blew me away.

Me: I love being busy with my kids. They are a blast! Josh and I have been doing more datenights! We found a wonderful kid/baby sitter. I have really enjoyed my time with just him when we can get away. These next few months for me are going to be busy with just holding down the fort while Josh is working so much. It does get hard being a "single parent" Monday through Saturday. (makes me so thankful for him the rest of the year) One thing I have learned over the years of PwC's busy seasons are that God's grace, mercy and strength is new every morning!

Figure Skating

Josh took the girls to the US Figure Skating Championship today. They had a great time. I think they ate their way through the show. Hot-dogs, ice cream, popcorn... =) They loved having a date with their daddy.

Fun with Nana!

On Saturday we met Nana at the Science center. We had a great time.

Owie

Owen is just so much fun! I am so thankful I was blessed with a little boy! Even if he is a daddy's boy. =)

Cuties!

Cooking

The girls got out my pots and pans today and "cooked"! They made soup! It was wonderful.

Christmas in January

Nancy/Nana (Josh's mom) got here on Saturday as we all await the coming of Little Miss Sophia! We had everyone over for dinner last night and the kids got to open their Christmas gifts from the Adams side. They had a great time. And got lots of fun things. Thank you to everyone!

Cupcakes!

Owen enjoyed his capcake yesterday!

My Ladies

The girls have had a BLAST these last few days that Molly has had off from school. It is just fun to watch them play together. I love my girls!

Molly Art

Last night Molly (and Josh) got creative with some coins we have. I thought it was fun!

Our cute 3

Today is day 4 of no school for Molly! We are LOVING it! Annie is going to be one sad little girl when she goes back to school. =-) The bummer has been I've been sick the whole time. Josh has been a big help, he was able to take Tuesday off so I could stay in bed the whole day. It helped a lot. Although being sick we have had good times, watching movies, play dough, baking cookies, lots of coloring, tents under the dinning room table, the list could go on. I'm just so thankful for slow days and days with my kids.
(the picture of Owen: he has discovered the stairs. He loves going up. We hadn't had to put the gate up yet because he hadn't really noticed the stairs yet, but now he has, so the gate is up and he is not happy!)

Snow Day: Art project

Owen was not happy with setting and watching his sisters paint. He wanted to join in on the fun.

Today we had a snow day even though it just started snowing about 2 hours ago. Don't get me wrong I was thankful for a day with all three of my babies! I LOVE having Molly home! The girls played dress up, we did puzzles, went to target and played in the toy section, and then painted (above pictures) and are now getting ready to watch a movie and paint our toe and finger nails! I am hoping for another day tomorrow! =)

Chuck E Cheeses

On Saturday night Josh and I thought it would be fun to take the kids to Chuck E Cheeses for playing games and dinner ( thanks MiMi for the coupons). When we got there the line was so long just to get in. (I guess every other parent had the same idea) So we just went in and played a few games and then ordered pizza on the way home and had a picnic on the living floor and watched Sherk 4. It turned out to be a fun family night.
