Christmas Morning

We had a fun Christmas morning. The girls got lots of horse stuff and Owen got cars, trucks and trains! Josh and I had fun watching their faces light up at everything they opened. Fun memories.

Christmas Eve 2011

The kids are now in bed and we are setting up Santa gifts. This year Christmas in our house has been full of cookie baking, wrapping gifts, watching Christmas movies, and believing in Santa! It has been so much fun watching this Christmas season through their eyes. While it has been fun talking about gifts and Santa it has also been neat to see them talk about Jesus' birthday. Tomorrow night we are planning on having a small birthday party for Jesus. What a gift that God sent His one and only Son to earth for us. So many gifts to be thankful for.

Merry Christmas Eve

We got a family picture before we left for church tonight. We joined some friends at their church for Christmas eve service and then went and picked up Chinese food for dinner. Nice and easy! Molly took the pictures of Josh and I. She is getting pretty good. We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas! I will try to post pictures of tomorrow!

A Walk in the Woods

Today the kids and I went for a walk in the woods behind our house. It was a beautiful day, 61 and sunny! Loving this weather. The girls took their paper horses on the walk with us. I love having all 3 kids home. Such a fun treat.

I got to go help with Molly's Holiday Class party on Wednesday.

Anne's Christmas Party at School

Anne had her class party on Wednesday. We were in charge of bringing cupcakes. She was very proud of them. =)

Christmas Suger Cookies

We are having fun in our house. Wednesday is the last day of school for both girls and I am thrilled! Josh works through Friday and then is hoping to take most of next week off!!!! Let Chirstmas begin! We took the kids to Target yesterday for them to buy their brother and sister gifts. It was fun to watch the girls pick out such fun and thoughtful gifts for one another. And then watch as they wrapped them. (O had a little help from daddy.) Such sweet sisters and brother!

Owen

Owen continues to be a blast. I love my mornings with my little guy while his sisters are at school. Today we dropped Annie off at school and came home and had "hot" cocoa! It was fun just sitting here drinking together. He is also talking so much more. So we talked about all his trains and cars. Love having a little boy!

Our Christmas Tree

This is the biggest tree Josh and I have ever gotten. It is huge! And so much fun! After the tree falling once and putting it back up again, we had a great time decorating it. (we're making lots of fun memorise, at least that's what we tell ourselves) It was fun to watch the kids get into hanging up their own ornaments. This is truly a great time of year!
