Happy 8th Birthday Molly

Today was Molly's 8th birthday.  I cannot believe my first born is 8.  I feel like it was just yesterday in so many ways Josh and I were leaving the hospital with this sweet girl and had no clue what to do.  Still feel like that at times, but I'm learning. =)  She really is a young lady.  Molly is sweet, caring, loves animals, always writing us sweet notes, a reader!, loves sports, my Voice buddy, wonderful with Annie and Owen, tender yet gets the job done, a wonderful daughter, sister and friend.  God really hit it out of the park when he molded her.  I'm so proud of all she has done this year and look forward to many more.  Molly Moo we love you with our whole hearts.

Happy 6th Birthday Anne Claire

Our Annie is 6!  Where has time gone too... I wish it would slow down and she could stay little forever.  I love the cuddles she gives me and the laughs, the I love yous, and her spunky personality, her love for learning to read, that she only weighs 3 pounds more then Owen, I love that she still thinks I'm cool and  likes to be with me, I love watching her play with Owen and Molly.  Annie is one in a million, she is turning into a wonderful young lady and I am so proud of her.  Anne Claire you are loved with our whole hearts.  Happy Birthday big girl!

Molly's Dance and Annie's Play

Last Friday the girls both had a school program.  It was a blast.  Molly's class did an Animal Dance to music.  Molly was (drum roll.... ) a HORSE.  If you know Molly you know she wouldn't be anything else.  She did a great job and it was fun watching her class.  Annie did the play Chitty Chitty Bang  Bang.  She was "T" and her line was "take off".  She was a star!  I was videoing so Molly was in charge of pictures needless to say we didn't get many BUT I have it on video. =)  Morehead has been a blessing in the arts department.  Our girls have loved it.  And we love going to watch.

Fun with Nana

Josh's mom (Nana) was here visiting for the last month.  It was fun having her here and being apart of our lives.  We did a lot while she was here, zoo, school play, school dance, ice cream, coffee, I got to go on runs in the woods, josh and I got a date!, bag sale, lunch at the girls school, poetry readings, she was a trooper to hang with us.  She left on Sunday and we miss her.  Thank you for coming and playing with the crazy 5.

We had an early birthday party for the girls with Nana last night.  She is leaving this weekend so we wanted to celebrate with her before she heads back to Germany.  Thank you Nana and Popeye for the fun gifts.  You hit the jackpot.  I cannot believe I'm about to have an 8 year old and 6 year old.  Beautiful young ladies I have!

On Monday I took the bunny in to school so the girls could show her off to their classes.  Rosie did great and all the kids loved her.  So much fun!!!
