Owen's class sang in Chapel this morning

This morning Owen and his class sang "I have Peace like a river in my soul" in chapel.  So fun to watch him up there with his friends!  This kid is loving school.  He is loving having his own friends.  He is getting so big.  I love him to death.  So thankful God put him in our family.

 Meet Sammy our girl elf

This year Jacob brought his cousin Sammy (the Girl) to learn from Molly, Anne and Owen over this Christmas season.  They are having a blast with TWO elves!  And man is Sammy making a mess!  It's been fun...  they are planning on making the trip to Texas and Santa will pick them up at Pops and Bups house!

Anne is a basketball player

Anne Claire is playing basketball this winter.  She might be small but she is mighty!  I'm so proud of her for trying different sports!  Way to go PIE!

Molly sang in Chapel

This morning Molly and her friend had the chance to sing in Chapel in front of the whole school.  They sang Left High the Cross and did wonderfully.  It is a great song (I didn't really know it well) with such powerful words.  I pray that she will left high the cross in years to come, and lead others to do so too.  It reminded me that during this Christmas season it isn't all about gifts or the craziness but it's about the cross and the baby that was born for the world.  Left High the Cross this Christmas season!  Way to go Mols!

Anne had her work of art hung in the art gallery at Canterbury school last week.  We went to the opening!  She loves art!  So fun to see her masterpiece up for all to see!

Lil Grandfather Tree Farm AGAIN!

Since we are going to Texas for Christmas this year we got our tree early.  We went up to the mountains to get it the day after Thanksgiving.  It was a great sunny day.  And we are loving having it set up to enjoy.
